Requirements
- Current NY state RN license.
- ASN, BSN, or MSN degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of ICU experience.
- Proficient in medication management, ventilator care, and critical care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Previous experience in a float pool or unit setting.
- Critical care certification (CCRN, CMC, PCCN).
- Bilingual or multi lingual skills.
- Basic EKG and ACL S certifications.
