Fun Park AM Team Member

Job Overview

We're looking for energetic, friendly Team Members to join our fast-paced, guest-focused environment! If you enjoy staying active, working with people, and being part of a high-energy team, this could be a great fit.

We're currently hiring for weekday morning and afternoon shifts. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Position Overview

Team Members play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests. Positions may include Court Marshals, Front Desk Agents, Party Hosts, and Kitchen Team Members. This is a physically active role that involves constant interaction with guests in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Monitor attraction areas to ensure safety rules are followed.
• Host and assist with birthday parties and group events.
• Operate the Roller POS system for admissions, food, and retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the park, including attractions, party rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Daytime availability (especially 9:30 AM–4:30 PM) is preferred.
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Basic cash handling and POS system experience (preferred but not required).

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $9.00–$12.00 per hour (based on position)

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available.
• Applicants with weekday daytime availability (9:30 AM–4:30 PM) are especially needed.
• Weekend and evening shifts are also available.
