Position: Restaurant Operations Supervisor
Classification: Non-Salaried Lead
Reports To: F&B Director / Assistant F&B Director
Department: Food & Beverage
The Restaurant Operations Supervisor is the go-to leader for daily Front of House operations at 11Eleven. Unlike shift supervisors, this role ensures service standards are met consistently across all shifts, supports training and development of the FOH team, and acts as the bridge between FOH staff and the F&B leadership team.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and support FOH supervisors to ensure consistency and guest service excellence across all shifts.
- Lead by example on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and setting the tone for service.
- Train and mentor FOH staff and supervisors in hospitality, service standards, and teamwork.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll input, and other administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitor and manage cash handling, deposits, and end-of-shift reporting.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of all FOH spaces.
- Communicate feedback, needs, and successes between the FOH team and F&B leadership.
- Step in as the lead presence when F&B leadership is not onsite.
- Bartending and server experience preferred.
