Qualifications
- EKG testing and phlebotomy experience required
- 6 months minimum experience
- High School Diploma or GED/TASC required
- Medical Office Assistants require clerical skills and the ability to type 35 WPM
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Successful completion of course in Medical Assisting from an accredited school
- CMA or RMA preferred
- Most positions are in hospitals, nursing homes, and ambulatory settings. These facilities are open 24 hours/7 days each week.
- General shift availability:
- Days (7a-3p or 8a-4p)
- Evenings (3p-11p or 4p-12a)
- Nights (11p-7a or 12a-8a)
- Every other weekend is usually required for all positions.
