Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute work to Staff for processing
- Review, maintain and provide accurate production and inventory reporting
- Ability to prioritize work with tight schedules and target dates
- Reconcile daily completed work for auditing
- Create letters and log documents returned to Members
- Provide assistance to Chief Clerks in the Eligibility department
- Assist with Data Entry as assigned
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or degree preferred; plus
- Minimum two (2) years clerical experience in a general office environment required
- Good keyboarding skills required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate organizational skills, with ability to work independently, as a team player, multi-task and follow-up
- Knowledge of member eligibility system and all Funds’ eligibility rules
- Must meet performance and attendance standards
- Available to work overtime a plus
Salary : $43,111 - $54,499
