Position Overview Karbach Brewing Company is looking for a dynamic and hospitality-driven Lead Host to join the team at Karbach Restaurant & Patio. As the Lead Host, you are the face of our restaurant and the quarterback of the front door. You set the tone for every guest experience—welcoming guests in, managing the flow of the dining room, and ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
