Job Title Marketing Events Specialist In this role you’ll be responsible for: Execution of the annual NORAM Marketing Events program strategy in alignment with target growth and retention segments and organization revenue goals, inclusive of identifying and assessing events for participation and project planning timelines. Responsible for managing relationships with internal leadership stakeholders to meet events/programs/expectations and goals. Webinar management, production & hosting for large-scale Marketing webinars and Sales demo series. Lead logistics coordination of hosted global webinar program including scheduling, attendee tracking, technical hosting, and reporting. Facilitate all aspects of in-person and virtual meeting planning execution from stakeholder engagement, event registration, marketing/promotion, onsite staffing and post-event reporting. This includes collaboration with team members within HOS and across Amadeus Business Units. Manage end-to-end operational logistics including contracts, budget, manpower, travel, agenda, production, staging, registration process, and email content Manage branded promotional items by selecting, ordering, maintaining inventory, and coordinating shipment to events identified on NORAM events calendar. Coordination with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to secure documentation, manage submission of relevant materials, and support invoice payment for global Marketing program. Common accountabilities: Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area. Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information. Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience Minimum 1-3 years of Event Planning and Project Management skills required Have general knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals: history, business, offer, strategy, technology, and organization Strong relationship management skills English fluent - Additional languages are a plus Strong skills in Microsoft office suite Salesforce CRM (User); WordPress; Hubspot; Coupa Scaled Agile Framework; Pragmatic Marketing; Travel- 20 % What we can offer you: A role on a team of more than 16,000 professionals and 149 nationalities working together to transform travel.
