The RoleWe're seeking a Google Media Buyer to manage and scale our Google Ads campaigns across both Spartan and FurLife brands. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full Google Ads funnel - from strategy and campaign execution to creative coordination and performance optimization. You'll work directly with our creator network and internal teams to drive profitable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Buying & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) across both brands
- Manage substantial daily ad budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS and scaling profitably
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions
- A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates
Creator Communication & Management
- Coordinate with content creators and UGC partners to source high-performing ad creatives
- Brief creators on campaign needs, brand guidelines, and content specifications
- Review and approve creator-submitted content for ad usage
- Build and maintain relationships with top-performing creators
Ad Publishing & Creative Execution
- Publish and QA ads across Google Ads platform
- Manage creative testing schedules and asset libraries
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to develop scroll-stopping ad concepts
- Ensure brand consistency across all ad creatives and campaigns
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Communicate results and recommendations to leadership
Required:
- 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably in DTC/ecommerce
- Proven track record of profitably scaling Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Experience managing $10K /day in ad spend
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for creator and stakeholder management
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to commute to Brandon, FL office 3 days per week
Preferred:
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify
- Background in supplement or pet care industries
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Familiarity with creative best practices for direct response advertising
- Understanding of attribution models and incrementality testing
