We are actively seeking a Drug Testing Specialist to support our Product Management division in performing basic and enhanced due diligence for new and existing Validity clients. The Drug Testing Specialist will support regulatory and employer-specific goals related to drug testing. The Drug Testing Specialist is a key member of the Product team that serves multiple roles. You will be working to support the highly visible client-facing teams, which plays an important role in the success of the business and has a direct impact on the reputation of Validity. This role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships across multiple business units and with external partners and clients.

This individual must be a dedicated team player with an intense focus on detail and an ability to clearly understand administrative and reporting needs. This individual must be comfortable multi-tasking and meeting time-sensitive deadlines. This role requires the ability to wear many hats on several key reoccurring tasks to drive client results. This role requires an action-orientated individual, who has an interest in helping our clients achieve their goals.

We are looking for a Drug Testing Specialist to:

• 
  Be responsible for responding to internal and external inquiries, monitoring the status of pending drug test results, updating status notes, and keeping constant contact with clients regarding their profiles.
• 
  Oversee order processing and facilitate the efficient and timely fulfillment of orders.
• 
  Coordinate with drug testing and occupational health providers (LabCorp, Quest, Alere, Concentra, etc.) to retrieve results and locate new testing facilities.
• 
  Assist in the preparation of drug testing setups for both new and existing Clients.
• 
  Perform administrative closure of expired drug test requests.
• 
  Assist with random drug testing process.
• 
  Liaise with internal teams to ensure that time for market is minimized and that transparency can be provided around processes.
• 
  Support the Client Experience department to improve client satisfaction and overall group performance.
• 
  Utilize CRM software to update all Client notes and interactions of importance.
• 
  Provide outstanding internal and external client service.
• 
  Work as an effective team member, liaising with others and contributing to the overall success of the Company.
• 
  Be responsible for completion of general administrative duties as required which includes but is not limited to data entry, generic report creation, answering phones, and filing.
• 
  Serve as a leading expert, aiding in own self-development by being receptive to industry-specific and Company-specific training, and providing guidance to teammates.
