The Opportunity
We are seeking a Retail Operations Director to lead, shape, and energize our retail operations. You will help orchestrate the rhythm of our spaces, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure that every interaction feels considered, warm, and elevated. Curated with intention, and guided by experts, there is an inspiration to our work that welcomes change, discovery, and growth.
What You Will Do
Operational Leadership
Develop and implement operational procedures and strategies that foster efficiency, excellence, and a culture of well-being. Standardize processes, ensure compliance, and introduce best practices to optimize store performance, inventory management, and client experience. Proactively plan and schedule regular maintenance or inspections as needed. Ensure operational and space support documents are maintained.
Space Readiness & Maintenance
Oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and visual presentation of retail and service environments, ensuring every space is welcoming, functional, and consistently aligned with brand standards.
Food & Beverage Management
Oversee and support all aspects of the Bloom Café operations, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming guest experience. This includes supervising preparation and service of beverages and light fare, maintaining café cleanliness and presentation, and upholding health and safety standards.
Partner Relations
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Event & Experience Support
Support the execution of in-store events, product launches, and bespoke client services.
Systems & Technology Management
Oversee use and maintenance of the systems and technology that power the space, such as POS, booking platforms, inventory management, scheduling and communication tools, to support seamless operations and enhance team efficiency.
Financial Stewardship
Manage the operations budget, control expenses, and ensure we operate within defined financial parameters, driving both profitability and sustainability.

· The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 95,960 through $ 120,870 Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.

- Flexible schedule with availability during daytime and evening on weekdays and weekends, to support programming, events, and operations as needed.
