Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all areas of the restaurant
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential
- Background in managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Experience working in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards; catering or banquet experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for guests
