The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values. A Senior Printing Manager- Overnight Production role entails leading with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, relationship building, communication and strategic thinking. You will foster a “safety first” culture through awareness, training and accountability. Your guidance will help other production leaders achieve established standards of service, quality, accuracy and productivity. Utilize critical thinking to assess the business and develop short-term and long-term plans that will drive process efficiencies. Schedule: This role will require working a rotating red/blue schedule from the hours of 6pm - 6am with some weekends. This role is 100% onsite at our Target Printing Services facility located in Brooklyn Park, MN.
