High-end luxury residential property management company is looking to fill Union Porter roles in Manhattan. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience, is flexible, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional customer service. Experience using BuildingLink is a plus. Experience in Floor Care (stone & wood) highly valued. This position will be an evening shift which is 3PM to 11PM.
Job specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Receiving packages and deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy back-of-house area
- Removing trash/recyclables
- General cleaning and maintenance
- Preparing apartments for occupancy
- Assisting residents as needed
Basic Responsibilities:
