Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire What You’ll Do: As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and efficient care to patients in urgent medical situations. Utilizing your expertise, critical thinking, and communication skills, you will be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and coordinating care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients during their time of need. Essential Functions: Patient/Family Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, placing patients and their families at the center of every decision. Conduct thorough assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan interventions, and coordinate care to promote optimal health and wellbeing in accordance with the policies of WFBH.
