Position Overview

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving company growth while helping homeowners identify and solve roofing and exterior construction needs.

Representatives generate business through a combination of self-generated leads, referrals, networking, neighborhood canvassing, and company-supported marketing efforts. While company-supported opportunities are available, successful representatives are proactive and take ownership of building their pipeline.

You'll be equipped with the tools needed to succeed, including branding, marketing support, training, uniforms, sales resources, and leadership guidance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, products, and solutions
• Present proposals and sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Utilize CRM software to track activity and customer communication
• Maintain a strong follow-up process to maximize conversion rates
• Represent the company professionally within the community

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
