Leads teams of professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time by assisting staff in development, implementation, review, and completion of project plans. Communicates project status and issues with executive sponsors, as needed. Determines financial outcomes in support of process and program initiatives. Analyzes service line profitability, evaluates labor initiatives, and assists with building business models for decision-making.
