Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance. Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence-based practice changes, and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies. Demonstrates professionalism, supports ongoing education and development, maintains confidentiality, and upholds ethical standards and organizational policies. Fosters patient, family, staff, and physician satisfaction, understanding its impact on business goals. Other duties as assigned.
