Provides consultation for physician quality improvement and acts as a liaison to medical staff and hospital departments to support quality initiatives. Ensures timely submission of accurate data to comparative databases for effective benchmarking and regulatory compliance. Prepares and maintains the annual quality management plan and prioritizes facility-wide quality improvement efforts. Facilitates organization of quality and safety data reports internally and externally, andm comunicates results to all stakeholders.
