Provides quality patient care under the direction of the Physician and in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Participates in shared decision-making, performance improvement activities, and provides input to committees. Accepts accountability for problem-solving issues and works with leaders to resolve clinical issues. Documents interventions in a timely manner.
