Job Description: Job Summary The Data Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role involves conducting data analysis, managing data processes, and collaborating with other departments. Manage data processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Document data management processes and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of data management activities. Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of data. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures in data management. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience: Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management or a related field. Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the same industry. Skills: Analytical Analysis Analytical Thinking Communication Data Analysis Data Analytics Data Management Document Management Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) Multitasking Professional Collaboration Structured Query Language (SQL) Teamwork Certifications: Required: None. Preferred: Certification in data management or a related field. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This position involves access to technical data regulated by U.S. export control laws under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
