SHIFT: Varying shifts (11PM - 7AM, 3PM - 11PM, 7AM - 3PM) with ability to work 12 hr shifts as needed. Available to work 2 of 3 shifts per weekend Weekday Training Availability: To ensure our weekenders are trained properly, we ask that all candidates are available to train during the week with following requirements: Available Monday - Friday to train for 4-6 consecutive weeks - varies by skill Available to train Monday - Friday - can be partial shifts but must have 6 hrs. of availability on any shift listed above One week of safety orientation and onboarding will be held Monday - Friday (7AM - 3PM) once offer is accepted COMPANY: We are home to the nation’s most iconic beer and beyond beer brands, including Michelob ULTRA – America’s #1 top-selling beer – as well as Busch Light, Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Cutwater Spirits, and industry-leading craft brands. ROLE SUMMARY: As a Production Weekender, you would perform all the tasks and have all the responsibilities as a regular employee, just on the weekends. This includes but is not limited to operating high-speed manufacturing equipment, driving fork trucks, and cleaning. Production Weekenders also monitor and interpret performance data to ensure we’re operating as best as we can over the weekend. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain plant safety standards, it’s our first priority Performing process quality control checks Use of Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes Monitoring high speed equipment      Driving fork trucks      Loading supplies into machinery      Recording process data, we’re a data and information driven company      Performing minor maintenance Industrial cleaning and sanitation Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending Must be able to lift items up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates Must be able to work varying shifts on weekends and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights) Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred) Mechanical aptitude (preferred) Continuous improvement experience (preferred) Beer/alcohol industry knowledge (preferred) WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
