Job Overview:
We are seeking several skilled Plumbers/Handymen to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping properties.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as PLUMBING, electrical, painting, carpentry work, and repairing drywall, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Determine the root cause of the issue and make the necessary repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PLUMBER or similar role.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have Skills:
