About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Creative Marketing Intern to join our team. Our ideal candidate enjoys working on simultaneous projects. In this role, you will

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across 11:11 verticals, media projects (tv, music, audio, etc.), consumer products, brand partnerships, and Impact programs
• Provide administrative support and organization across the team’s various work tools like Notion and Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
• Support the design and production of marketing assets and presentations for campaigns, brand partners, and social media — including image editing, retouching, layout design, and the creation of decks for internal and external communications
• Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to help inform marketing decisions
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and team meetings, and help prepare materials for internal and external presentations
• Track performance of marketing initiatives and help gather data for reporting and analysis
• Assist in all phases of content shoots — from pre-production through post-production — ensuring assets are edited, retouched, and aligned with Paris Hilton’s aesthetic and 11:11 Media’s brand standards

The Internship

• Application Deadline: November 21, 2025
• Term length: January 2026 - May 2026, with the possibility of extension.
• Workplace Type: This is a primarily onsite role based out of our LA office with the possibility to work hybrid
• Schedule: A part-time, flexible schedule working 20 - 25 hours per week. 
• Compensation: $16.90 per hour

What you will Bring to the Role

• A genuine passion for entertainment, celebrity and pop culture
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• High emotional intelligence and a self-starter, positive attitude
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects) and/or other creative tools such as Canva or Capcut
• Comfortable using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar tools to build presentations
• Excellent interpersonal communication, written, and presentation skills
• Curious and enthusiastic about marketing trends, media, and pop culture
• Flexibility with evolving workloads and schedule
• A current undergraduate college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field of study with the ability to demonstrate relevant course work and/or professional/internship experiences.

The expected salary range for this position is $16.90 per hour.
