Website Project Coordinator / Code Developer

11-11 Media is a full-service marketing and advertising firm that helps brands connect meaningfully and culturally with the Hispanic consumer in the United States. We specialize in web, video, social media, branding, and public relations.

We’re looking for a **Website Project Coordinator / Web Producer** to join our growing team and oversee web-based projects for clients in industries like law, construction, events, and more.

Job Summary

As the Website Project Coordinator / Web Producer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of website development projects — from concept to launch. You will coordinate between clients, designers, developers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, timely execution, and a positive client experience.

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and has a passion for building impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the main point of contact for all website projects

* Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

* Gather and organize website assets (logos, content, images, etc.) from clients

* Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to keep projects on track

* Conduct QA testing for functionality, responsiveness, and UX before launch

* Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and internal teams

* Assist with post-launch tasks such as revisions, basic CMS edits, or handoff documentation

* Identify potential project issues early and work to resolve them quickly

* Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements

* 2 years experience in project coordination or digital production (agency experience a plus)

* Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus

* Ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines simultaneously

* Tech-literate: Comfortable using tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Drive, or similar

* Understanding of SEO basics, web accessibility, and responsive design is a plus

* Bonus: Experience working with Hispanic/Latino clients or brands targeting Hispanic audiences

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
