Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in shaping our clients' experiences and ensuring their cases are well-prepared and supported. You'll work closely with our attorneys, clients, and various stakeholders, fostering connections and helping to build trust in our services.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with our attorneys to investigate and develop compelling pre-litigation cases.
- Dive into case files, reviewing and summarizing medical records and documents that matter most to our clients.
- Craft clear and persuasive demand letters, and settlement proposals that tell our clients' stories.
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients and other parties, gathering essential information while providing reassurance and support.
- Create engaging materials like exhibits and charts that highlight our clients' needs.
- Keep our case files organized, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.
- Join in on client meetings and strategy discussions, contributing your insights to our collective efforts.
- Manage deadlines and tasks with diligence, ensuring we stay on track to reach our goals.
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in pre-litigation or personal injury law.
- You possess a solid understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools is second nature to you.
- Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you pay attention to even the smallest details.
