TITLE: Pre-Lit/Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)
SALARY: Starts at $100k

As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury field.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the relevant state's bar association.
- Minimum [2] years of experience practicing personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated dedication to client advocacy and achieving positive results.
