This sales role is for people who enjoy connecting with all kinds of customers.
As an Entry Level Sales Member, training will prepare you to share AT&T Fiber’s fiber-optic internet advantages with households in the area. The Entry Level Sales Member will create sales interactions face-to-face, explain the benefits of fiber-optic internet in simple language, and assist with smooth sales enrollments.

- Connect with customers personally to discuss their internet needs and show how AT&T Fiber can solve their frustrations with a smile and a personal touch.
- Recommend the right AT&T Fiber plan for each household, focusing on their unique needs and budget to close sales that feel like a win for everyone.
- Share real-life examples of how AT&T Fiber makes a difference, like seamless video calls or lag-free gaming, to help customers visualize the upgrade.
- Handle objections with empathy, addressing concerns like cost or installation with honest, helpful answers that put customers at ease.
- Turn customer satisfaction into sales success by ensuring they’re happy with their service and eager to spread the word to friends and family.
- Stay in touch after the sale to offer support, answer questions, and build long-term relationships with customers.
