Finance Manager, Commercial FP&A

As Finance Manager, Commercial FP&A, the candidate will provide key financial leadership supporting both short and long-term Commercial strategic initiatives. This includes financial modeling of pricing strategies, new product introductions, marketing investment prioritization, capacity modeling and cost optimization to help inform decision-making. The candidate will partner with the Commercial Leadership team and other key members of the Marketing, Sales, and Support functions to deliver best in class analytics and financial guidance. The ideal candidate must be a proven leader who is strategic, action driven, an effective communicator and productive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Commercial Leadership team to establish strategic priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional Commercial teams, including Business Insights and Analytics, Strategic Marketing, and Commercial Operations on key business initiatives and other ad hoc projects.
• Develop and maintain a flexible, multi-scenario financial model to guide finance recommendations on business initiatives.
• Implement critical KPIs and other dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
• Streamline capacity modeling to ensure Commercial resources are properly allocated across all regions and functions.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BS / BA Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus).
• 6 years of experience in Finance.
• Proven track record in Commercial or Corporate FP&A role.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as internal controls/Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Experience in data management and reporting, preferably supporting FP&A.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills required.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry and multinational organization is a plus.
• Advanced analytics skills and experience (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.) is a plus.
  
  

Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program. $148,700—$201,100 USD
