Role Overview
10Pearls is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React and Angular frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, high-performing, and accessible user interfaces. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless, responsive, and visually consistent digital experiences. This position requires strong front-end engineering expertise, a deep understanding of design systems, and a focus on performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex front-end features, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Own the overall front-end code quality, enforcing best practices such as CI/CD integration, code reviews, and secure coding standards.
- Lead code reviews and front-end architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure the technical direction aligns with business goals.
- Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and proactively work on mitigating them.
- Embrace a consulting mindset by translating technical requirements into business solutions and proposing scalable, efficient approaches.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and mentees, fostering technical growth and sharing best practices.
- Assist in the development and improvement of team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continuously improve technical skills.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong proficiency in React and Angular.
- Core Technologies: Expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6 ).
- Design Systems: Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining component libraries and design systems for UI consistency and scalability.
- State Management: Strong understanding of Redux, RxJS, or similar state management libraries.
- Latest Angular Features: Familiarity with latest Angular features such as Signals, Defer Blocks, and Standalone Components, and ability to explain their benefits over legacy patterns.
- Micro Frontends: Experience implementing micro frontends, including parcel props and shared state management.
- API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Performance Optimization: Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure fast, smooth, and scalable applications.
- Testing & Quality: Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Karma/Jasmine.
- End to end Testing: Hands-on with Playwright for end-to-end testing and cross-browser automation.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Design system: Ability to translate Figma designs into a design system or reusable UI components aligned with best practices.
- Best Practices: Commitment to clean code principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and CI/CD integration for front-end workflows.
