Job Duties:
- Manage HR operations, employee records, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, audits, I-9s, licensure, and training as needed.
- Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training, credential tracking, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate payroll-related employee data and assist with benefits administration.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and leadership teams.
- Monitor HR metrics, retention, compliance, and process effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Should be proficient in HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment law.
Schedule:
- Morning Shift
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 40 hours/Week - Flexible
