Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic gourmet fudge tea,team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach will help us expand our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Present our wonderful fudge product to customers while providing free samples of up to 5 tasty flavors. Let the customer choose their favorites, present the offer, and hand the product that is prepackaged to the customer so they can pay for it at the register just like any other item they buy.
We are not just looking for the right people who can run this program in club stores, special events as well as our expanding grocery store partnerships regionally. This will require not only being great at selling but managing others to do the same and training them to be successful.
This is a new program, so you are on the ground floor, and your compensation will grow as we grow this program. The majority of your income will be achieved via a competitive commission program with a minimum guarantee, however THIS IS NOT AN HOURRLY POSITION.
We are looking for the right people to present our product and to grow with us. We want someone fun, engaging, dependable, punctual, stable and who has an entrepreneur spirit.
Experience
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Valid driving license with experience in commercial driving or route driving is highly desirable
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks required for product handling and inventory management
