Are you a technically sharp engineer who thrives at the intersection of complex infrastructure and high-value client relationships? 101domain is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to serve as the trusted technical advisor for our mid-market and enterprise clients — the person who turns complicated deployments into seamless experiences and keeps our most strategic accounts growing.
What you'll do
You'll own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise clients using our integrated product suite — Cloudflare Enterprise, Google Workspace, VPS/Dedicated hosting, DMARC/email security, and attack surface monitoring. Day to day, that means leading onboarding and implementation projects, providing advanced technical support across DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, and Zero Trust, and proactively identifying optimization and expansion opportunities. You'll also help shape the products themselves by translating client feedback into actionable input for our engineering and product teams.
What you bring
- 5 years in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineering, customer success, or advanced support) within cloud, hosting, or internet infrastructure
- Deep expertise in DNS (including DNSSEC), email authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM), and web security stacks (WAF, CDN, DDoS, ZTNA)
- Solid Linux/CLI proficiency and scripting ability (Python, Bash)
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, LLM-based support tools, automation platforms)
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
- The ability to communicate clearly with both engineers and executives — and know which mode you're in
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred.
