Duties
- Work within the scope of discipline
- Administer medications in accordance with established procedures
- Monitor residents’ conditions closely
- Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system
- Support infection control initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana LPN license or Compact license in good standing required
- Proficiency with using or learning EMR/EHR system.
- Experience in long term care or assisted living communities, and home & community care environments.
- Experience working with individuals with various conditions or disabilities
- Experience following care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
