About the Role The Operating Room RN plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate surgical care. This position requires a strong clinical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. You’ll provide direct patient care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nursing staff to deliver seamless care throughout the perioperative experience.
