In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring exceptional resident care and supporting a collaborative, dynamic team of professionals. We are a non-profit health system and our primary focus is delivering the best quality care to our patients and residents. This position is eligible for relocation assistance of up to $10,000 for those that qualify and a sign on bonus of up to $10,000! What You’ll Do As the cornerstone of our community, you’ll: Deliver Excellence in Resident Care: Champion quality care by implementing and evaluating systems that prioritize the well-being of our residents. Lead with Vision: Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where staff feel empowered to thrive. Ensure Compliance & Safety: Uphold regulatory standards and promote policies to protect both residents and employees. Build and Support a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs. Drive Business Success: Maintain occupancy levels and manage resources effectively to meet revenue targets and advance strategic goals. Collaborate for Impact: Participate in professional development and organizational initiatives to stay at the forefront of long-term care best practices. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (required) Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred. Experience: 2 years of long-term care experience (preferred). Progressive management experience with demonstrated success in facility administration (preferred). Skills: Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset. Advanced knowledge of healthcare business practices, regulations, and risk management. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
