Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our front-of-house activities, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Verify IDs and waivers for customers
- Assist with shopping and manage waitlist efficiently.
- Provide information about jewelry items, wait times, and effectively communicate with customers.
- Answer phone calls as they come in and provide clear and concise responses.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including waiting areas and restrooms.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendliness and approachability.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- A team player who demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Understanding of the Piercing Industry is a plus, but not required.
