We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Director, Solutions Marketing and based in San Jose, California. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week. Role and Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving Bloom Energy’s go-to-market success across key customer segments. This position blends strategic insight with hands-on execution to develop differentiated messaging, content, and enablement tools that communicate the value of Bloom’s solutions to business and technical audiences. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Demand Generation, and Communications teams to shape industry narratives, build thought leadership, and accelerate market adoption. Focus: Deliver integrated, evidence-based marketing strategies that translate market insight and customer needs into actionable go-to-market programs. Strengthen Bloom’s competitive positioning, elevate customer engagement, and drive measurable impact across awareness, demand, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines analytical depth, creative storytelling, and strong cross-functional leadership to position Bloom as the trusted partner for the world’s most energy-intensive industries. Responsibilities: Develop segment-specific messaging, positioning, and content that clearly articulates Bloom Energy’s value to customers, both at an industry level as well as priority solutions. Create high-impact content including pitch decks, ebooks, blogs, webinars, customer stories, presentations, and short-form materials that drive awareness and sales conversation. Support go-to-market initiatives by working cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, and other teams to align on campaigns, launches, and events. Leverage insights and research to refine audience targeting, messaging, and content relevance. Campaign and field collaboration: Work with demand generation and field marketing colleagues to shape segment-specific campaign themes, audience targeting, events and program content. Support localization where needed. Sales Enablement Ownership: Deploy, maintain, and refresh essential sales enablement assets (e.g., core pitch deck, battlecards, FAQs) to ensure the sales force has the latest, most accurate information. Customer Advocacy: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify, nurture, and develop customer references, testimonials, and speaking opportunities to build market credibility. Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to understand offerings and GTM strategies. Develop internal positioning and differentiators to inform sales training and external messaging. Cross-functional alignment: Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, product, and policy teams—ensuring Bloom’s GTM approach reflects the realities of our customers and their operating environments. Partner with customers to understand their needs and translate insights into impactful messaging, content, and enablement materials. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling written and presentation content that resonates with technical and business audiences Track performance and optimize programs to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact. Skills and Experience: 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on the Tech industry (software, cloud, clean tech/energy, data centers, hardware) Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, go-to-market motions, and persona-based messaging Proven success in developing high-quality content and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue in a complex sales environment. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insight into actionable marketing plans. Experience in energy, technology, data center, or AI industries is highly preferred. The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
