Yes, this job is on the phone (call center). We're not going to dress that up. What's different is what's on the other end of the line.
We run a two-sided network. On one side are millions of American seniors who are lost in their medications, their coverage, and their care. On the other side are national healthcare companies that need to reach those people and genuinely can't do it on their own. We're the bridge between them. When you make the connection, a 78-year-old on eleven prescriptions gets a pharmacist who will actually sort it out — and we get paid because we solved a problem nobody else could solve.

What you'll do
Work our member database by phone. Ask good questions, find the people who need help, and connect them live to the care team. You'll run a proven script until you've earned the right to improve it.
Who this isn't for
Tampa Bay has a hundred call centers, and some people have worked at all of them. If your history is four seats in two years, we'll find that out, and we'll pass. We're not hiring for this quarter.
