The role aligns with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and supports the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Compliance Program Elements across acute hospital and outpatient care settings. |

The Data Compliance Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from a variety of internal and external sources and organizational software applications to identify potentially high-risk coding, billing, and other business practices that may pose a compliance risk to Renown. The Analyst will also be responsible for developing and implementing continuous auditing and monitoring of specific criteria for risk-based trending and for reporting results to organization leadership and various committees via dashboards, scorecards, and reports. The Data Analyst must be able to collaborate with various departmental stakeholders throughout the organization to obtain access to various systems and documentation and to validate results.
