The Role We’re looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in C# .NET and SQL Server to join our engineering team. This role focuses on middle and back-end development, supporting data-intensive applications and system integrations. This is a full-time in-office role located in Westlake, TX just off of highway 114. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain backend services and data workflows using C# and SQL Server. Write efficient, scalable code to process large datasets. Assist in implementing screen scraping techniques and strategies to limit bot detection and CAPTCHA challenges. Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to integrate with external systems and APIs. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. What You’ll Bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience with C# .NET and SQL Server. Solid understanding of data processing, performance optimization, and backend architecture. Exposure to screen scraping and basic knowledge of bot detection and CAPTCHA handling. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of version control in git Ability to understand complex infrastructure environment Fluent in English both Written and Verbal Nice To Have Prior work experience in and understanding of Agile Development Experience with testing framework like NUnit, xunit or equivalent API (REST, SOAP) Advanced parsing of various data exchange formats XML, JSON, fixed width, delimited, etc. Experience with Test Driven Development Experience with Mocking Frameworks like MOQ or Rhino It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
