The pay range is $83,200.00 - $130,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

The job of the Food & Beverage team is to enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced on the sales floor.
They are experts in operations, process, and efficiency.
- Drive total store sales and demonstrate how your team contributes to and impacts total store profitability.
- Model guest service standards and manage your team to deliver a fresh, full, and food-safe area during all operating hours.
- Lead a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience and coach Team Leaders on expectations.
- Drive a culture centered in food safety; train and validate team execution on all food safety standards.
- Manage Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas; assess priorities and review reporting to identify business gaps.
- Work a schedule that aligns with guest and business needs (including early morning, evening, overnight shifts, and weekends).
- Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills and expertise.
- Lead and create a safety advocacy culture by identifying and correcting hazards.
- Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications :
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interest and knowledge of the food and beverage business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable.
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment.
Physical Requirements :
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
