Responsibilities
- Own and build the overall people and culture strategy across all regions
- Create and implement HR policies that are practical, scalable, and aligned with how the company operates
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions
- Design onboarding experiences that set employees up for success from day one
- Lead performance management frameworks that are clear, fair, and growth-focused
- Run exit processes and translate insights into meaningful retention improvements
- Partner with Finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation structures across markets
- Oversee visa processes and global mobility requirements
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design, team structure, and scaling decisions
- Guide and oversee recruitment to ensure hiring is efficient and aligned with business goals
- Build a strong internal culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex people-related matters
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with leadership exposure in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Strong track record of building HR policies and systems from the ground up
- Multi-country experience is a plus
- Experience working across different cultures and geographies
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both employees and leadership
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and at an execution level
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
