Important Application Information This job application represents three separate University Trainee Program opportunities: Procurement (Procurement Trainee Program, PTP) Brewery & Manufacturing Operations (Supply Future Leaders Trainee Program, SFLTP) Logistics (Supply Chain Trainee Program, SCTP) Candidates will be considered for one specific trainee program based on their application and qualifications. Our University Functional Trainee Programs are designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into future leadership roles across Procurement, Brewery & Manufacturing Operations, and Logistics. Through immersive training, rotational experiences, mentorship from senior leaders, and meaningful business impact, participants gain exposure to critical areas of our business while building the leadership and technical capabilities needed for long-term success. Whether your passion lies in leading manufacturing teams, optimizing supply chains, or driving sustainable sourcing strategies, we offer opportunities to make a real impact from day one. The University Functional Trainee Programs include placement in one of three distinct functional areas: Procurement (Procurement Trainee Program, PTP) This 18-month rotational program develops future procurement leaders through hands-on experience across Packaging, Raw Materials, Sales & Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Logistics. Participants use analytics, supplier collaboration, and strategic sourcing practices to deliver enterprise-wide value. Analyze supplier, product, and market data to support sourcing strategies. Identify opportunities for cost savings, cash flow improvements, and supply security. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing solutions. Support sustainability initiatives through innovative sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships. Participate in supplier negotiations, contract management, and business case development. Utilize analytics and market insights to support strategic decision-making. Present recommendations and project results to business leaders. Preferred Areas of Study: Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics / Data Science Mobility: This role is located onsite in St. Louis, Missouri at the Anheuser-Busch Headquarters. Brewery & Manufacturing Operations (Supply Future Leaders Trainee Program, SFLTP) Designed for aspiring leaders in Brewery and Manufacturing Operations, this 12-month development program provides hands-on experience leading frontline teams in fast-paced production environments. Participants will be placed in one of our breweries or metal container facilities and will gain exposure to brewery operations, manufacturing processes, safety, quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and plant leadership while preparing for future management roles across our production network. Lead and develop frontline operational teams in a manufacturing environment. Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Monitor operational performance and drive productivity improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives. Support quality systems, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives. Preferred Areas of Study: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical preferred), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management Mobility: Willingness to relocate and pursue development opportunities across the United States. Flexibility to work in a variety of operational environments and schedules depending on program assignment. Ability to work in industrial environments and support varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and rotating schedules when required. Logistics (Supply Chain Trainee Program, SCTP) This 12-month program provides a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations through experiences in one of our Sales & Distribution Centers or Brewery warehouses, leading a team of hourly employees, or within our Logistics Central Services teams, executing truck routing or inventory management in support with our operational facilities. Rotate through the functions in our field warehouses or in our Central Services team to gain a holistic understanding of the site. Gain front-line experience, leading teams and/or executing operational processes, and learning the business, hands-on. Learn about Logistics support functions and other functions within our operational facilities. Prepare for first placement as a front-line manager in our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or as a Specialist within our Central Services teams. Development opportunities to help boost Logistics skillset and build long-term career potential through leadership & functional trainings. Preferred Areas of Study: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical preferred), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management Mobility: Willingness to relocate and pursue development opportunities across the United States. Flexibility to work in a variety of operational environments and schedules depending on program assignment. Ability to work in industrial environments and support varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and rotating schedules when required. Shared Development Opportunities Across All Programs: Participate in formal training programs and on-the-job development experiences. Build relationships with senior leaders, mentors, and cross-functional teams. Develop analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to leadership. Gain exposure to core business functions and strategic initiatives. Prepare for future leadership opportunities within Anheuser-Busch. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications Current university student or recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Demonstrated leadership experience through work, internships, organizations, athletics, military service, or extracurricular involvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively on diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
