JOB DESCRIPTION: The Temporary Onboarding and Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in welcoming new hires and transferring employees by delivering exceptional customer service. This role is the daily point of contact for all on-site appointments and responsible for specific onboarding tasks and background checks. Acting as a trusted guide, this role ensures all pre-hire requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational standards. The Coordinator serves as a front-line ambassador, balancing organizational needs with an unwavering focus on creating “raving fan” new hires who feel welcomed, supported, and ready to succeed. Focus: External and internal client-facing role with an emphasis on creating a lean, exceptional candidate experience. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: -Two or more years delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources/recruiting, sales, or related area. -Experience working in a process driven role and/or environment. -Computer experience required with fluency in Microsoft Windows applications including Word and Excel, Outlook and Teams.
