Duties include coordinating patient appointments, surgeries and/or other procedures, and ancillary testing, providing academic support and/or transcription support, and acting as an interface between surgeons and patients. EDUCATION: H.S. Diploma with or equivalent college coursework in the secretarial or medical sciences preferred. EXPERIENCE: Must have 2 years experience in a clerical setting, preferably in a medical environment.Demonstrated customer service experience. This is a bargaining union position.
