Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective residents.
- Conduct apartment showings and assist with leasing of available apartments.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs with in-house maintenance staff and outside contractors.
- Ensure the property meets high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage rental agreements and assist with resident onboarding.
- Perform routine inspections to uphold the quality standards of the community.
- This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, though occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed for resident inquiries or emergencies.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.).
Requirements
- Residency required to live on-site in one of our spacious 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom leased residential suites (your choice based on your needs).
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on positive resident relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Ability to handle basic administrative tasks and oversee vendors/contractors.
- Prior property management experience is a plus but not required.
- Clean background check and valid driver’s license.
