Job Summary

Chiropractic Assistants will assist the Chiropractor in running the office and assisting with patient care. CA’s will answer the phones and schedule appointments at the front desk but are also directly involved with patient care. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals.Job DescriptionLooking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our office! • Learn our systems and scripts and make them your own.
• Answer the phone at the clinic
• Greet patients with a smile when they enter the clinic
• Schedule patient appointments
• Explain fees to patients and accept payment
• Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
• Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
• Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
• Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
• Perform x-rays according to office protocols.
• Verify insurance benefits.

Requirements

• 3-5 years serving customers in a health and wellness setting
• Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long-term progress and results
• Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
• Mission-focused, driven, and team-oriented
• Willing to go above and beyond

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
