Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our growing company. In this role, you will begin by learning our IT infrastructure and processes from our outsourced IT company. It is our goal to build our in house IT Department to provide the best support for our employees. Your expertise will help maintain optimal computer systems, network connectivity, and hardware functionality across the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to troubleshoot complex issues, support end-users, and contribute to the seamless operation of our technological environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support for electronic devices in office and remote locations including tablets, printers, computers, etc.
- Set up and install computers, software, and other equipment as needed.
- Point of Contact for our third-party IT Support company.
- Request and set up licenses for all employees and contractors as needed including Microsoft, Adobe, etc.
- Assist with network resets and other installs or network changes to gain familiarity with system workings.
- Assist employees in troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Order, issue new or replacement devices, and maintain inventories
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
