Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, your main responsibilities will include
- Maintains good standing and certification status as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Serves as a resource person for parents and staff
- Assist teachers in designing appropriate instructional programs and environmental settings
- Assists teachers in developing and planning individual modifications for students develops, conducts, or assists with professional learning sessions
- Serves as a certified instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) and conducts trainings as needed
- Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments, or assists in the development of Functional Behavior Assessments
- Develops or assists in the development of Behavior Improvement Plans
- Assists teachers in the development of systems to track and analyze data
- Attends ARD meetings as needed
- Conducts assigned duties in a manner that is professional, ethical and responsible
- Keeps informed of, and complies with Federal, state, district regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements of Job:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA)
- 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
