We are seeking dependable, professional, and observant Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at a major construction project near Center, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable, long-term employment with competitive pay.
Pay
- $20.00–$23.00 per hour
- Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Initial schedule will consist of 12-hour shifts to ensure full site coverage.
- As our team grows and staffing levels are met, schedules may transition to 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the property.
- Control access by verifying visitors and contractors.
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility.
- Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies following company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
- Successful completion of the licensing process through the North Dakota Private Investigation and Security Board.
